Please take time to talk about our school values for next week with your child.
We promote mutual respect and tolerance so that adults and children have a good working relationship and engage with British values.
Next week’s school target is to follow the playtime routines.
We understand that children sometimes need to have medical appointments during the school day. We would appreciate these being taken outside school hours as this is less disruptive to learning, but know that this isn’t always possible. If you do need to collect your child from school, please show the medical appointment card to the office so that we can record the reason for authorised absence.
Whilst we make every effort to maintain high standards in everything we do, we know that things sometimes go wrong in school. If your child reports any difficulties socially or in their learning, you should always raise this with their class teacher in the first instance. They will be aware of all the relevant information and should be able to help. Should you not be satisfied with the way that things have been handled you can raise a complaint by speaking to Mr Weights. The full information about how we deal with complaints can be found on our website.
Our Eco Warriors would like to remind pupils that entries for the poster competition on reusing and recycling plastic are due in on Monday. Posters should be on A4 paper and be bright and colourful.
