Next week’s school target is the same as last week; Remember to keep cloakrooms tidy at ALL TIMES
Please do help us to keep our site safe after school. We have noticed that a number of families continue to remain on the playground for some time at the end of the day, and we cannot accept responsibility for any accidents that occur. We have particularly noted that a number of children are climbing on fences; this is something that we would not allow during the school day and you can help us to reinforce our expectations by not allowing children to do this after school. Thank you.
We are really pleased that the transition day on Wednesday went well, and we hope that all children have now met their teacher for next year and know what their class will be like. All teachers will hold meetings with parents at the start of the new year so that you can meet them and hear about the way that their class will run.
We have now received results from all our tests. We haven’t got anything to compare these to as they were different from previous year, but are really proud of what all our children have achieved. We believe that we have continued to out-perform neighbouring schools and remain highly performing overall. The DFE will release this information in the autumn, and we will of course let you know as soon as we receive it.
Harry Wainwright from year 2 is having a bun sale after school on Friday 15th July. We have attached his poster with more details.
