Please take time to talk about our school values for next week with your child.
All staff are highly valued, highly motivated and part of a supportive, professional team.
Next week’s school target is to maintain indoor voices when walking round school.
Thank you to everyone who attended Learning Reviews on Wednesday. The feedback we have received from these has been extremely positive, and we hope that they gave you a useful insight into your child’s current attainment and progress. If you weren’t able to attend on Wednesday please contact the office to make an appointment to see the class teacher, as it is important that we see all parents.
We are delighted that both Mrs Plunkett and Mrs Maddock have successfully achieved their HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) accreditation. This is the outcome of an extensive training and examination process to prove that they meet the national standards. They have both done incredibly well, and should be very proud of their achievement – congratulations!
There will be a large meeting after school next Thursday for staff of schools in the MAT. Please note that there will be a lot of additional cars on site and in the area around school. This should not affect the end of the school day, but please take care if you visit after 4pm.
At the end of next week Mrs Law and Mrs Langan will be visiting our partner school in Slovakia as part of our Erasmus project. They will be exchanging children’s work, and we are excited to see what they bring back from our partners.
