Well done to all the children who took part in the recent Sumdog contest. Our leading class was Year 6, who came 13th in North Yorkshire – well done!
The highest scorer was Kate Horsey who answered 1000 questions in an average speed of 3.9 seconds. The pupils who are the overall leading participants in Sumdog are Sophie Brearley, Arthur Lazenby, Matteo Mountain and Edward Lazenby. Each has answered more than 17,500 questions, and Sophie has answered an incredible 23,000! Wow! Well done! Don’t forget that Sumdog is free to play and is an excellent way to practise mental maths skills.
