Dear Parents/Carers,

Next week’s school target is to remember to walk down the slope.

Please take time to talk about our school values for next week with your child.
We promote Christian values whilst also developing understanding and appreciation of a range of cultures and faiths so that children show respect for the beliefs of others.

Years 3, 5 & 6 are our top attendees this week with 99.6%. Fantastic!

We are delighted to welcome a new member of staff to our team. Mrs Woodfine has been appointed to work in our Reception class throughout the week, and will start work with us next Monday.

PTA have once again organised the very poplar school disco. They are having a UV theme, there will be UV face paint available for the children use, if anyone has an allergy to this or you would prefer your child not to use it please let the office know asap.

Thank you to everyone who voted in the Parent Governor election, and to the candidates who put themselves forward. We were delighted with the level of interest support we received. Mrs Mansbridge-Beard won the election and will take office as a parent governor with immediate effect.

We are once again supporting the Poppy Appeal, poppies will be on sale after the holidays. Year 6 children will bring them to each classroom every day for children to buy their poppy. Thank you.

Yor Wellbeing have arranged a Family Inclusive Event for the blind and visually impaired. Please see their attached flier for full details.
