Dear Parents/Carers,
Next week’s school target is to remember to be thoughtful and quiet as you move around school.
Please take time to talk about our school values for next week with your child.
we provide a secure, caring and supportive environment in which pupils understand the difference between right and wrong, and high standards of behaviour are expected.

Following the success of the Tour de Yorkshire last week, there is a Yorkshire Schools Cycle Relay taking place in June. This will start in Sheffield on June 12th and end in Leeds on Tuesday June 27th, with pupils from different schools cycling the route throughout the region. The baton is in North Yorkshire on Wednesday June 21st and we are delighted that it will be visiting our school. To help celebrate, we will run some cycling themed events during the day, and we invite all children to come to school on wheels – cycle, scooter, any sort of wheeled vehicle! We will provide further information about the day after half term.
The church and the PTA are holding a table top sale in the church hall tomorrow, 6th May. Pupils in Year 4 will be running a stall for us – please do support them.
It is Sports Day on Friday 19th May. All families are invited to attend the afternoon races in support of their children. Please do come in team colours if you want! We have sent a letter by email explaining the day and the team colours.
