]]> 6812 Our new outdoor area is open https://monkfryston.n-yorks.sch.uk/frontpage-featured/our-new-outdoor-area-is-open/ Fri, 24 Nov 2017 16:32:27 +0000 https://monkfryston.n-yorks.sch.uk/?p=5320 Padre John Hetherington officially opened the new area outside our EYFS and Year 1 area as one of his last official duties at our school. The area includes all-weather surfacing for children to play on and a large rain canopy outside the Year 1 classroom. This has all been funded through the kind donations of our PTA, who have raised significant amounts of money to make this happen. Now that the first phase of the project is open we plan to install additional play equipment and soft planting to improve the area for our children.
