People That Help Us.

The children in Reception were interested to learn all about the ‘people who help us’. We had visits from a doctor, nurse, dental assistant and police man. The children asked lots of very thoughtful questions and learnt lots about the different professions. We spoke about who would help us in different situations and who we could turn to if we were in trouble. The children enjoyed acting out the roles of the people who help us in their play in activities such as building houses like builders, drawing life sized police men and making lollipop lady signs and much more! We had a great time learning about all of the people who help us!
