Y2 Skelton Grange Visit

Skelton Grange

Year 2 had a fantastic day at Skelton Grange! This trip linked in with their survival topic, so they were learning lots of new strategies to stay alive in desperate times. The weather was wonderful, but luckily the woods provided some welcome shade. Their highlights were: building a den, making a trap, crossing the swamp, making fire, learning about water filtration and practising hunting skills. They are definitely well equipped if they ever get stranded on a desert island! Well done Year 2, you were so well behaved and all had a super day.
